The most rewarding thing about being a mom is watching little pieces of your heart grow into their own people. It’s seeing the way my kids look for me when they’re hurt, tired, excited, or proud, because I’m their safe place. Knowing that out of everyone in the world, I’m the one they run to for comfort and love is something that’s indescribable.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is how deep love and responsibility can really go. It’s taught me patience, selflessness, and a strength I didn’t know I had. Being a mom has shown me that even on the hardest days, you keep going because your children are depending on you, and that kind of love changes you in the best way.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay off all our debt that we’ve accrued from me being a stay at home mom. I would also pay for both my older boys to get into braces since it is something they’ve been needing, but financially not doable at the moment.
