Watching my daughter grow. I have a 2 months old baby girl. Watching her reach the milestones she already has, has been so rewarding. Watching her smile, and grow has been so heartwarming. My daughter was born a month early and watching her grow and excel despite the early arrive has been amazing.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Adaptability and patience. Before I would be hung up on being on time to family gatherings, getting the house clean the second I would get home from work so I could wake up to a clean home. Now I have adapted to timing. I understand that if I'm a few mins late to a family gathering that it’s okay. Or that if I’m playing with my daughter and she’s learning and happy who cares if I haven’t done the dishes. It’s okay not to be perfect. It’s okay to be messy sometimes.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it for a down payment for our first home. We are currently renting and being able to give my daughter a family home for her to have all her memories in would be an amazing opportunity. And would pay off the bit of debt we have to put us in a better situation financially.
