Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

I’m not sure how to pinpoint just one thing. Watching my kids learn and grow, seeing the friendship and bond they are forming, and the pure joy and complete selfless love I feel being a mom is my favorite thing in the world.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

I think I’ve learned a lot becoming a mom. I’ve learned to deeply and completely appreciate my mom, I’ve learned a new level of patience that I didn’t know was possible. I’ve also learned how immense and deep my love can be for such tiny little humans.

What would you do with $20,000?

Gosh, $20,000 would be a breathe of fresh air. My husband and I work so hard but with two kids it feels like we are constantly spending money on bill after bill. I have worked two jobs while taking classes and I would love to just be able to focus on school. $20,000 would help me just breathe a little bit and not be so worried about money during this season of life. I would love to be able to not work for a little bit while I go back to nursing school and pay off some debts.
