Knowing they will walk into the world confident, loved, and grounded because of what was built at home…that’s the greatest reward.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that who I am matters more than what I do. My kids are always watching from how I handle stress, speak to myself, treat others, and show up when things are hard. It’s pushed me to grow, to lead with intention, and to become the kind of person I hope they become. I’ve learned it’s less about controlling their behavior and more about refining my own, because the example I set will shape them far more than anything I say.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would launch FORGE Fuel. A clean, high-protein snack and meal community business to serve youth athletes with better nutrition options. I would use the funds to produce and distribute products in local sports facilities and schools, ensuring kids have access to fuel that supports their performance and health. As a mom, I see the gap firsthand. This wouldn’t just be a business, it’s a way to impact families, build healthier habits, and create something that can grow far beyond me.
