The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my children grow, overcome challenges, and become compassionate, strong individuals. From the very beginning—when I was just a teenage girl raising a baby—our journey has been built on love and unity. Starting over in a new country, learning a new language, and facing life’s challenges together has made our bond unbreakable. Seeing them dream, grow, and succeed is my greatest joy and my proudest achievement.

Motherhood has taught me that love is the greatest source of strength. Becoming a mom in my teenage years gave my life purpose. Through raising my children, living with a disability, and starting over in a new country, I learned that resilience is built every day. My children became my greatest teachers, showing me courage, unity, and compassion. I may be missing a hand, but never strength—love is what defines me.

I would use the $20,000 to invest in my children’s education and help them pursue their dreams with confidence. I also want to create something meaningful to support other families—especially immigrant mothers—who are starting over and facing challenges. Being able to give back, guide others, and share hope would mean everything to me. This opportunity would not only impact my family’s future, but also allow me to uplift others through love, compassion, and resilience.
