The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my kids achieve their goals after everything we’ve survived together. We went from living in our van to staying at my best friend’s house, just trying to get by. Now I get to see them rise, believe in themselves, and chase dreams we once only hoped for. Their strength, their growth, and their joy make every struggle worth it.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood taught me is strength. Leaving domestic abuse showed me how much courage it takes to protect your kids and rebuild a life. My children watched me rise, and they learned to rise too. Motherhood taught me resilience, love that doesn’t break,
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I’d finally breathe a little. I’d fix my car so I can get to work without stressing, pay my bills on time, and stop living with a negative bank account. I’d catch up on the things I’ve had to put off and create some stability for me and my kids. It wouldn’t solve everything, but it would give us the chance to move forward with less worry and a lot more hope.
