I can’t help but picture their beautiful smiles when I am asked this question! I have had the special blessing of having two little girls at the same time. While having twins has been challenging, seeing their smiles and watching them grow a special bond makes all of those challenges worth it. I love watching them grow, flourish, and build a special lifelong friendship!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Slow down and surrender. Pregnancy and motherhood have been full of challenges and experiences that I have no control over. I often find myself grasping at the situation, trying to control it. I am quickly reminded that, in doing so, I am causing myself stress and worry that hurts more than it helps. I surrender, knowing that I am not in control, and what a blessing that is! I serve a faithful God that is in control and always good!
What would you do with $20,000?Having two babies at once helped my husband and I outgrow our home very quickly! While they say that love grows best in little houses, the love (and baby items) are starting to overflow. My husband and I have set a goal to build our dream home. We hope to build a home where our girls (and future babies!) can grow and have more space. This would help us get closer to that goal of building a home that our family can grow in!
