The most rewarding thing of being a mom is When my baby comes to me to cuddle, or when he grabs my face and gives me kisses then looks at me and smiles like I hung the moon. He is honestly the best thing i could’ve asked for. I tried for a decade to have a baby with multiple losses, he is the answer to my prayers.

It has taught me that material things aren’t the most important things in life. When he made his arrival into this world he gave us a major scare he couldn’t breath and was in NICU for 6 days most of which he was on a CPAP. When he finally got to just be on oxygen we were over the moon with his recovery. The material things in life didn’t matter to me in that time, I just wanted my baby home with me. Coming home without him was the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever had to do in my life.

I would put $5,000 in a savings account for his future, if that is for college or vocational school. I’d take $1,500 to go to Disney World so he can meet Mickey because he LOVES Mickey, and I just know he’d love to meet him and Minnie of course. I would put $10,000 down on a house for our little family, so he can have a nice yard to play in. I might take $200 just to go have a massage or something for myself, if I don’t feel too guilty for it. The rest I would put back as a just in case fund.
