I’m a super mom because I rebuilt my life from nothing, pursued medicine, and show my child that resilience and courage win.
We would like to thank you for supporting Leeza Dankha in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
The most rewarding part of being a mom isn’t just the love—it’s the quiet realization that someone is becoming who they are because of how you loved them. It’s seeing your words in their voice, your kindness in their actions, your strength in their resilience. In the end, you don’t just raise a child—you leave a living piece of your soul in the world
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood taught me that love is not measured by how tightly you hold on, but by how bravely you let go. You spend years becoming their whole world, only to succeed when you’re no longer needed the same way. The hardest, most beautiful lesson is learning that your greatest achievement is raising someone who can live fully without you.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use it to build something lasting for my son—a place where he can feel safe, free, and at peace. A home with a backyard where he can run, play, and just be a kid without worry. Not just a house, but a foundation for his childhood and a space filled with memories he’ll carry for the rest of his life.
