The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching your child grow into their own person and knowing you played a role in that. It’s not just the big milestones, it’s the quiet, everyday moments that mean the most. The way they come to you when they’re hurt or unsure. The way they light up when they want to show you something. The way they trust you without question. It’s in hearing them say something kind or brave and realizing it’s something they learned from you. That is what it's all about!

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that I do not have everything figured out and I do not have to. You can plan and try your best, but kids will stretch you in ways you did not expect. It has taught me to be more patient, to slow down, and to meet them where they are instead of where I think they should be. It has also shown me what real love looks like. Not just in the easy moments, but in the exhausting ones too when you are tired and still choose to show up for them.

If I won $20,000, I would use it to create a little more room for our family to enjoy what we’ve been working so hard for. My husband works incredibly hard for us, and this wouldn’t replace that, it would support it and give us a chance to be together more. I would put some of it toward my children, whether that is school, something they are passionate about, or simply making sure they have every opportunity in front of them. Lastly, I would love a little getaway, with my family.
