I just took a job as a cosmetology instructor, I’m also now in college to get my degree, and a hairdresser and the best mom to my girls

Knowing how loved and cared for my girls feel. It’s really the little things like when I make them a smoothie in the morning and they’re so excited about it. Or when I go pick them up from daycare and they come out running to me yelling “MOMMY!!!” And jump into my arms. Or when they’re telling me about their day at bedtime and the way they saw their day and then roll over snuggle into me and fall asleep knowing they’re safe and sound. It’s all so rewarding getting to create more strong girls.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Pick your battles. :) that just makes life in general less stressful. The other thing motherhood has taught me is to slow down and soak up every moment. It feels impossible some days between work, college, house chores, dinner- but setting time aside to play with my girls and be present in the moment is the best and most meaningful part of my day.
What would you do with $20,000?I would take my family on a trip to show my girls more of this world and how big and beautiful it really is. Then the rest would be split evenly between both girls savings accounts for college, cars and future things they’ll need to buy
