Seeing the prayers I once prayed, coming into fruition. Something that I don't love to advertise is that I battle clinical depression. Its something I've had since early adolescense and something I've had to learn how to cope with. Through the support of my family, my trust in God and His sovereignty, and the excellent treatment of my doctors, I am now able to recognize the strength I embody, and the belief, that I am a true blessing to my children as they are to me.

Motherhood has taught me that life is messy. It is hard, it is challenging, scary, and unknown. But oh, is it truly beautiful!! Being a mother is the biggest honor and blessing in my lifetime. There was a time, not that long ago honestly, that I did not believe I was capable of being a good mom. Through many tears and prayers, the unending support of my faithful husband, my incredible mom and my loving family, I am now able to see myself as not only a good mom, but a "Super Mom."

With $20,000, would love to put in a pool in our backyard for our friends and family to enjoy every summer, year after year!! It might sound frivolous to some, but hosting friends and family is a type of ministry for me and my family. I want my loved ones to know they always have a place in our heart (and Jesus's ❤️) and home. Having a pool in our backyard would afford us the ability to provide a fun, inclusive way to enjoy the summers together ❤️
