Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

With a childhood full of challenges, I never knew what true guidance looked like until I became a mom. Motherhood has been my greatest transformation!. My kids have made me who I am today. Seeing them grow, thrive, and carve out their place in this world reminds me daily why I love and lead with everything I have. It's why I stand strong for them in every season!

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that healing is possible. By giving my children the love, guidance, and stability I never had, I learned how to rewrite my own story. They’ve shown me that strength can be gentle, and that the most powerful growth comes from choosing to love differently than what you came from. Through them, I learned that I am capable of creating the kind of childhood I once needed. I've learned how to lead with intention, compassion, and a strength I didn’t know I had!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest $20,000 into the communities that shaped me. A portion would go to Girls on the Run of Southern Utah, where I’ve volunteered for 10 years, supporting a program that empowers 3rd-8th grade girls to be confident, strong, and uniquely themselves is a way for me to give back what I never had growing up. I’d also partner with Mary’s Hope House to host a pampered spa day for single moms, a project I’ve long wanted to create to remind them they are worthy of care too.
