Now that Knox is 18 years old, I would honestly say that the most rewarding part of being a mama is watching each of our children becoming their own person and how eager they are to take on the world! I am so proud of him, but it also makes me savor every single moment with our girls, KK and Ava. Time flies…I blinked and now there is a young man in our home ready to show the world what he’s made of. It’s so surreal!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Life is so short…make everything a big deal…do ALL OF THE THINGS!!! Decorate, bake, let The Grinch steal your tree, put the 18 candles on that cake, let your imagination shine and truly celebrate for their birthdays and holidays…even when they’re older. Our days are numbered and we’re not promised the next one. Look at their drawing or their crazy outfit and help them to dream BIG about their ideas! Help them to feel confident and very important to you, no matter what is going on around you.
What would you do with $20,000?I’ll use it for helping the 5 of us to fulfill our purpose here on earth. Each of our callings are different and that creates the potential to reach a lot of people. A little bit of help can easily give someone newfound hope and the ability to take the leap in the right direction! Good does good and you never really know how much you are really helping through the small gestures. When you feel the notion that you should do something for someone, don’t hesitate.
