Seeing my children grow and overcome all of the difficulties in their lives. They are the bravest strongest kids I know and I get to be a part of helping them grow. I get to be their support, their safe space, and their biggest cheer leader.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Don't have expectations. I used to think milestones were the end all be all until my oldest son started to miss them. From then on life has thrown curve ball after curve ball in the form of new diagnosis after new diagnosis.
What would you do with $20,000?Use it to further support our twice monthly (at least) trips to Seattle children's hospital along with getting my kids new shoes and clothing. The money would go into a checking account we use for the kids needs. I would probably use a portion to fix our expedition, the AC doesn't work and we don't have a rear window wiper.
