The most rewarding part of being a mom is the deep unconditional love, watching your child grow, and the special everyday moments like hugs and “I love yous.” It also helps you grow into a stronger, more patient person and gives a strong sense of purpose.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood teaches is that you can’t control everything—and that’s okay. It teaches patience, because growth (yours and your child’s) takes time. It teaches selflessness, but also the importance of taking care of yourself so you can show up fully. And most of all, it teaches unconditional love—loving deeply even on the hard days. At its core, motherhood shows you how to let go of perfection and focus on what really matters: being present, patient, and loving.
What would you do with $20,000?I would save that money to help with my children’s future college funds. Growing up I did not have that kind of help and I had to work to help pay for college.
