Receive Text UpdatesI think the most rewarding part is being able to learn alongside them. My kids also teach me a lot that I may have never considered. They offer a new perspective on things and help me break bad habits and think outside of the box. They’re brilliant.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Give yourself grace. Apologize and own up to your mistakes. We are all going to do and say things we regret but showing our kids that it’s okay to make mistakes and to learn from them and apologize when we hurt others is important.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in the kids accounts for when they are older of course, but I would want to take them on a fun family vacation. Depending where we go, they have to finish out their swim lessons prior to going. Then I’d use some towards fixing up the house so I don’t have to keep tackling projects all the time so I will have more quality time with them when I am home. Then, maybe get a massage!
