The cuddles and laughs, first. Also knowing that I'm doing right with creating a safe space where they feel free to fully be themselves and feel they can confide in me with things I was always scared to confide in with my parents.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Balance. I always put my kids first, but I also had to learn to prioritize myself as well so that I could properly care for them. It's also helped me teach them the importance of self-care as well.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to find a place my kids and I could call our own. We currently stay with my parents, and I appreciate everything they've done and do for us. It would be nice to have our own space, too.
