We would like to thank you for supporting Kelsey Perritt in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Helping raise people that I truly love, they are better than I will ever be, because they take what I teach and where I fall short myself and grow it into amazing young men and women in their communities. Getting to watch them embody those qualities to others around them like selflessness, having a servant’s heart and inspire others with their experiences good and bad.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that I am never too old to learn something new. I will never have it all the way figured out, and just when I think I do, God gives me a scenario with my child to grow me even more. I am honored to be their mom.

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would be such a huge blessing, we have vehicle issues with my oldest son in college, we would love to buy him something more reliable and to help cover the medical cost with my youngest son who is autistic. Therapists are a requirement and insurance only covers a fraction of it. This money would definitely allow us to make some major differences in both of those areas.
