I live and breathe for my 3 boys! One is a Type 1 Diabetic and that requires extra care but doesn’t stop us from adventuring & living big!

Seeing my kids hit milestones big and small. That math concept they’ve struggled to out for weeks and the light bulb finally turns on! New level unlocked. Getting elected to student government by peers. New level unlocked. Picking up a new sport- tennis and making the high school team without ever really playing competitively before. New level unlocked. Watching my oldest graduate from high school, leave within 3 months to live Bolivia & learn Spanish and serve others. New level unlocked!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That sometimes kids just need you to be there and be a constant in their life. Not to FIX everything but to listen, encourage and give hugs. Kids are smart, brave and resilient and they will surprise you in the best ways when given the opportunity.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d set aside some for their futures. I’d take them all on an epic road trip! We love road trips around here. And last, probably get some dental work done for myself that I’ve been putting off for too long. It seems moms are really good at putting everyone else before themselves in most aspects of life.
