Sometimes it looks like sitting beside an incubator, praying over monitors, and still believing your baby will be okay. It taught me to let go of control and appreciate the smallest moments, because the moments I once dreamed of are now the ones I get to live.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use it to give Mia the healthiest, most secure start possible. I’d put money into her future through savings, pay down expenses from her NICU stay, and create a cushion that lets me focus on being present instead of stressed. Most of all, I’d use it to build a life where she always feels safe and supported.
