I’m a working mom! I work part-time nights as a psychiatric RN. When I’m not working, I’m always on adventures with my son!!
We would like to thank you for supporting Kaylyn Byrne in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
Watching my son grow/learn and knowing that myself as well as several others in his life have really fostered his development.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson I learned was that I am actually a good mom. Weird I know. But I worry SO much. About if I’m doing something right or saying the right thing or loving my child enough or giving them enough space to learn on their own. My best friend’s husband told me once (after hearing all my worry) that bad moms don’t worry if they are good moms, only good moms do.
What would you do with $20,000?Pay off the rest of my student loans, invest some for my son’s college, and buy a new couch.
