The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my daughter become who she truly is—strong-willed, creative, and deeply compassionate. She’s a tomboy who loves art and expresses herself fearlessly. Even when she challenges me, which she certainly does, I see the strength that will carry her through life. Watching her grow into someone both tenacious and kind makes me oh so proud.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is how fragile and precious life truly is. It’s made me more intentional with my time—focusing less on what doesn’t matter and more on being present for the moments that do. Motherhood has shifted my priorities in the most profound way, reminding me that time, love, and connection are what matter most.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use $20,000 to help my daughter and me safely rebuild after leaving an unhealthy environment and relocating for a fresh start near family in Tennessee (my home state). It would secure stable housing, cover essentials, and give us the breathing room to heal, grow, and move forward with independence, stability, and a renewed sense of peace.
