The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my son grow, while I grow alongside him as we navigate this new normal together; learning, adapting, and finding joy in the little moments every day.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?It has taught me the importance of being patient with myself. I used to be a “let’s get it done now” gal… but with a little one, life moves at a different pace—and that’s okay. It’s helped me slow down, be more present, and embrace the moments as they come. I’ve also learned how important communication is—especially with my husband—sharing what I need and what our son needs so we can better support each other as a team. It’s been a lesson in grace, growth, & learning to let go of perfection.
What would you do with $20,000?My husband currently provides our income while I stay home to care for our little one. If I were fortunate enough to receive $20,000, I would put it toward buying a home. We’ve outgrown our current space, and having a yard where our son and his puppy can run and play would mean so much to us.
