The most rewarding part of being a mom is shaping my kids into the people this world needs. Every moment — what I do, how I love, how I work — they're watching and becoming. What a gift and responsibility it is to build honest, hardworking, empathetic humans. Then comes the beautiful shift: stepping back as a spectator, watching them go out into the world to serve, work, and love their neighbor.

Motherhood has taught me that I will never do it perfectly. There are beautiful wins to celebrate—when your child chooses kindness, shows initiative, or grows in character. There are also missteps, and I’ve learned those moments matter just as much. Apologizing to my children and owning my mistakes shows them that I’m human too, always learning and growing.
