For me, the most rewarding part about being a mom comes in the quiet moments. Nothing in this world can top your children looking at you, grabbing your face and saying, “Mama, you’re my favorite girl.” The reward of motherhood comes in the form of gratitude, laughter, hugs and memories. My biggest reward will always be my kids.

I believe the biggest lesson that motherhood has taught me is that while no stage lasts forever, the love created from all of it is truly infinite and irreplaceable. Motherhood is what you make out of it. It’s this beautiful gift from God that lands in your lap and the roadmap is blank. It’s your adventure to create. How you choose to do that will drive the direction of your whole family unit. The more you lean into it, the more you get out of it. This is all temporary and we must make it count.

If I won $20,000, I would do three things with it. First, I would use half of the money to start an organizing business. I’ve always been a type A person and I take a lot of pride in my organizational skills. I would love to help people in the community organize their homes and businesses. Second, I would give a portion to each of my children for investments. Third, I would take whatever is left and give myself an entire new wardrobe! This mama deserves to look and feel her most confident!
