Watching my kids grow into who they are—becoming kind, caring, and confident individuals—is the most rewarding part of being a mom. I love seeing them learn, try new things, and build resilience. It’s especially meaningful to guide them toward a healthy relationship with fitness and food, helping them see movement as empowering and nourishment as positive. And I’m proud to be raising strong, capable kids who are confident in themselves and who will grow into a positive, resilient next generation
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has made me take a hard look in the mirror. It’s changed the way I speak to myself, because I want my kids to grow up confident and secure in who they are. It’s also taught me patience and how to better manage my emotions—learning to respond instead of react, even in the hard moments.
What would you do with $20,000?That’s a tough one—there are so many good options. I’d probably put some toward paying off debt, invest in my kids’ future and education, tackle a few projects around the house, and set aside some for a memorable family vacation. A mix of practical and meaningful.
