The most rewarding part as a single mom is when my children take me by surprise when they show acts of kindness and love towards each other and others that prove to me that I’m doing right by them. That they are listening and paying attention to what I am trying to show them / teach them. They are mirrors and what they reflect is a reflection of me. If something is off then I need to look deep inside and do the work so my children don’t have to be burdened with slaying my dragons for me.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?it is not enough to preach lessons to my children but by me setting an example of what type of person and values I want them to have. Through action, it’s up to me to show them how to walk through life with confidence, kindness, and grace. To stand up for what you believe in, be present, and conquer your dreams one step at a time. Anything is possible; even with obstacles in the way there is always a solution. Resilience, determination, self- awareness are crucial and only good can come from it
What would you do with $20,000?What I would do with $20,000 is help my children flourish in what their interests are to spark their creativity, help with their education, and create a stable and safe environment for them. They deserve the world and I’ll give them whatever little I have.
