The most rewarding part of being a mom is simply showing up every day, even when you’re exhausted—putting their needs before your own and still giving your all. It’s watching the little things you teach and model reflect back in their eyes, in their choices, and in who they’re becoming. Seeing them grow into kind, capable individuals makes every sacrifice, every long day, and every moment of doubt completely worth it.

Boy has motherhood has taught me patience… and how to survive on no sleep and lots of caffeine! One minute they’re playing with Barbies and trucks, and the next they’ve got big dreams and opinions to match. It all happens so fast—like, blink and suddenly you’re negotiating with a tiny human who thinks they run the house. It’s chaotic, exhausting, and somehow still the best thing ever.

I’d definitely treat my husband and I for surviving—I mean, thriving—as a parenting team raising these amazing kids. Then I’d invest in their futures (because college isn’t getting cheaper 😅) and sneak in a family vacation before the older ones fly the nest and pretend they don’t need us. If I’m being honest, everyone would get a slice… but mom and dad might take the biggest one!
