It's seeing their character, their resilience, and the values and the values you hoped to instill shining through. It's realizing you didn’t just raise children—you raised people you deeply admire.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

To step back and let them be their own person, to trust the values you’ve given them, and to understand that their path won’t always look the way you imagined. Love doesn’t mean control. It means being there, without judgment, through every decision, every mistake, and every success. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about raising children who follow your way—it’s about raising individuals who find their own.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I had $20,000, I wouldn’t spend it on things—I’d spend it on time. I’d plan a trip with all my kids and their families, somewhere we could slow down, laugh, and just be together. No distractions, just making memories—shared meals, late-night conversations, and moments we’d talk about for years to come. Because in the end, it’s not the money that matters most… it’s the time we get with the people we love.
