Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Seeing my daughter happy, healthy, and God-fearing gives me a deep sense of fulfillment, it reassures me that I’m doing something right as a mom. Watching her make the most of her abilities and excel in what she loves fills me with so much pride. And when she shows love and kindness not only to our family but even to people she doesn’t know, my heart feels truly full.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Being a mom showed me the true meaning of unconditional love, pouring out all of yourself with nothing expected in return, just pure and selfless love. It has taught me patience and the importance of slowing down, embracing each moment so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. While it can be exhausting at times, motherhood is mostly filled with joy, laughter, and a kind of magic that makes everything worth it.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would love to save this for my daughter and for her future, but a part of it will always be shared with our family back home to help them. With everything happening in the world, I know in my heart that my daughter would want the same, to support our family in the Philippines, to visit them personally, and to extend help in any way she can.
