Learning along side my kids. Seeing that they are becoming a version of themselves that only they can accomplish and it makes me so proud that they consider me their safe place and when they leave home they leave with confidence knowing that they are loved, hard working, intelligent, kind, brave, strong, and knowing they can feel what needs to be felt and learn how to react, respond, and handle situations. That it’s okay to make decisions that teach them different consequences.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?That I can break the mold of not communicating, not feeling, not understanding, not forgiving, and judging others, and they can too! I’m not perfect and I never pretend to be, but my kids will forever hear me say sorry, I love you, I’m proud of you, I’m grateful for you and the mother you make me. My arms and heart will always be open to them even when they don’t want it at that time. They saved me
What would you do with $20,000?My husband and I work so hard to make sure they understand the value of hard work. Because of that we haven’t ever taken a family vacation. They want to go to a beach somewhere. I want them to see a beach and some hidden treasures!
