The most rewarding part of being a mom is something I didn’t fully understand until I was actually living it day by day, moment by moment. It’s not just the big milestones or the picture perfect memories people usually talk about. It’s the quiet, ordinary, deeply human moments that somehow end up meaning everything. For me, it’s waking up and realizing I’m someone’s whole world. My daughter doesn’t care what I look like, how tired I am, or what I didn’t get done the day before.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that presence matters more than perfection. My daughter doesn’t need a flawless mom,she needs me, fully there. I’ve learned to let go of guilt, embrace growth, and show up even on hard days. Motherhood has shown me a strength I didn’t know I had and that love grows deeper when it’s shared. The simplest things,holding her, calming her, being with her are what matter most, and that’s where I’ve found real purpose.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I had $20,000, I’d think long-term for my daughter. I’d put part into a private school fund to invest in her education and opportunities, giving her a strong foundation. The rest I’d start building into a generational wealth fund,something she can grow with and access when she’s older and stepping into the world on her own. My goal would be to give her stability, options, and a head start in life so she can move through the world with confidence and freedom.
