As an intentional living coach & mom of 3 littles, I try to teach my family ( while reminding myself) to be present in the moment, and flow.
We would like to thank you for supporting Julia Bar-dayan in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
Experiencing the moments. The interactions we share together, and that my kids have with each other. This unbelievable connection of seeing a little piece of me, interacting with the world. Sometimes similarly or sometimes very differently then how I interact… and yet always miraculous. How rewarding to see a little piece of your soul, continuing your legacy?
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Balance. To learn when to release control or when to tighten the ropes. Motherhood is this beautiful time when you solidify who you are at your core by experiencing complete awareness. Gathering all your senses to ensure your little tribe has safety, care, happiness and the motivation to become an amazing human.
What would you do with $20,000?I would begin by donating 10 percent of that to a meaningful cause( in Judaism we believe you should always give 10 percent of what you make for donation). Teaching my kids to give as you receive is one of my most important lessons. And for the rest, nothing matters more than memories with my family. I would organize a big family vacation ( with grandparents and cousins) and have one of the best memories of our life.
