Watching my son learn, grow, and slowly become his own little person is the most rewarding feeling in the world. Every new word, every little milestone, every bit of his personality shining through reminds me how lucky I am. Loving that boy is the greatest part of my life, and I’m endlessly grateful that I get to be his mom.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?The biggest lesson I’ve learned from being a mom is that I’m still learning right alongside my son. We’re both growing together in ways I never expected—he’s learning about the world, and I’m learning patience, grace, and how to slow down and truly be present. Nothing is perfect, but everything is meaningful. Being his mom has taught me that love shows up in the everyday moments, and that’s more than enough.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d be really intentional with it—first paying down any high-interest debt so we can breathe easier, then putting some into savings for a safety cushion. After that, I’d set a little aside for something meaningful with my son, like a family trip or special memories together. The rest would go toward things that make life a little easier and more stable for our future. Nothing flashy—just peace, stability, and time together.
