Watching my daughter’s mind and soul grow and evolve through the years. It’s such magic to see the world through her eyes in our travels, and being able to take her to the ocean, redwood forest etc. and re experience life through her eyes. Truly the most rewarding part of being her Mama.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Being a single mother is no small feat. It’s been my daughter and myself since she was about 1 years old. The hardest lesson i’ve had to experience is working full time and providing for us, while ensuring I still provide her with my time and energy. Finding the balance hasn’t been easy, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. She is my world, within this world.
What would you do with $20,000?Truthfully, this is something I cannot even fathom. I’ve lived paycheck to paycheck for years now. If I had 20,000 I would finally get my daughter and myself in her our own home, rather than apartments or rentals. It’s my dream to have our own home and permanent place, finally. We would likely also take another trip to the Oregon coast and soak up some ocean air and sand. :)
