As my sons have grown from babies, the children, to now teens I have absolutely thrived on adjusting to their growth and enjoyed each step of the way. At the moment we can play golf and basketball together. I can watch them surf and enjoy the beach. Most of all watching them grow into young mean with all the charisma and personality to make great fathers one day.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?To always expect changes. Our schedules shift based on their schedules with school, work, and sports and as long as we do it together we always seem to make the best of things. We used to focus on family dinner when they were younger but switched it up the last year to breakfasts all week long. It starts our day off with family time; special time.
What would you do with $20,000?We have not been on a vacation in a few years, so that would be perfect. Otherwise I would finish paying my oldest sons braces off, get my youngest best son into a car this summer, and finally break ground on our bare back yard. Would love it to be a cozy place we could enjoy family time together for meals and nights around a fire.
