The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing values and traits in my kids that I’ve taught them. The most important thing to me is raising good humans. Checking on their friends, going out of their way to make people feel welcomed, sending out thank you cards, hand writing encouraging notes to friends for special occasions. Seeing the people they are becoming, because of the things they’ve been taught is the best.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me to really put my kids first. Adjusting life to their schedules that can get crazy a lot of the time. To be more understanding and to listen more.
What would you do with $20,000?I would probably buy a more dependable car for me to be able to transport my kids back and forth to sports. I have one in gymnastics, an hour away, five days a week. And then three days of soccer, sometimes traveling for games. I’ve stuck with my car that is paid off in order to keep my costs low, but it is time that I get something more suitable.
