The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my children grow, work hard, and become proud of who they are. It’s the chaos of everyday life—working, keeping the house in order, and rushing to hockey, swimming, dance, and gymnastics, while helping with schoolwork—but also the little moments we treasure even in tough times. My daughter earned her spot on her school ball hockey team through hard work, and my son gives his all in hockey. Their effort and joy fill my heart with pride.

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that it isn’t easy. It requires patience, strength, and constant support. Things that may look simple often aren’t, and every stage brings its own challenges. I’ve learned the importance of encouraging my children to keep going when times are tough, to get back up after setbacks, and to believe in themselves. Through it all, I’ve also learned just how deep a mother’s love can be and how it drives everything I do for them.

I would invest the $20,000 in my children’s future. Life is hard and everything is becoming more expensive, so I would set it aside to help support their dreams and opportunities as they grow. Knowing it could ease their path and give them a stronger start in life would mean everything to me.
