The most rewarding parts of being a mom is experiencing unconditional love, witnessing all of my children’s growth, unique personalities, and guiding them to become their own person. It is a deeply fulfilling experience to build a strong, lasting bond and shape their little lives, even amidst the challenges. The best part is making memories & starting traditions.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Since being diagnosed with leukemia I’ve experienced that life-altering wake-up call to prioritize self-care, embrace gratitude, and live in the present. Motherhood is a transformative journey that has led to life lessons about patience, resilience & faith. I have learned as a mother to prioritizing presence over perfection, embracing the chaos, recognizing one's own inner strength, and understanding life’s too short to sweat the small stuff. I love being their mom.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I would prioritize building a 3-6 month emergency fund in a high-yield savings account. Along with paying off some of my medical debts related to my leukemia diagnosis. I’ve been out of work since November of 2025.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Super Mom, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
