I show up, advocate fiercely, love deeply, and keep going—even on hard days. Steady strength is my superpower
We would like to thank you for supporting Jennifer krahn in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
The most rewarding part is watching your child grow into who they’re meant to be—and feeling that overwhelming sense of pride when they chase their dreams with confidence, knowing you helped build the strong foundation that got them there.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood teaches you that you can’t control everything—but you can show up with consistency, patience, and love. It’s a constant lesson in letting go while still being a steady foundation, and realizing that progress matters more than perfection.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won $20,000, I’d hire a medical advocate to help manage my son’s complex care—Epilepsy, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Gastroparesis, scoliosis, and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. They’d coordinate specialists, ensure nothing is missed, and support critical decisions—so I’m not navigating it all alone and my child gets the best, most connected care possible improving his quality of life.
