The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my son grow into his own person. Seeing him learn, overcome challenges, and become stronger and kinder every day fills me with so much pride. As a Latina mom, it means even more to me to pass down my values, culture, and love, and to see that reflected in the person he’s becoming. Knowing that I’m helping shape his future and supporting him as he grows into someone special is the greatest joy I could ever have.

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is perseverance and never giving up. Being a mom has shown me that even on the hardest days, I have to keep going—for my son and for myself. It’s taught me patience, strength, and how to push through challenges with love and determination. Motherhood reminds me every day that giving up is not an option, because my son is always watching and learning from me.

If I had $20,000, I would use it responsibly to improve our future. I would pay off some bills to create more financial stability for my family, and then I would put the rest into my son’s college fund. Investing in his education means everything to me, because I want to give him every opportunity to succeed and become someone great.
