My most rewarding part of being Arielles mom is getting to be her mom twice! After brain cancer she has had to relearn every life skill. I continue to marvel at her determination and strength!!
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Never ever stop believing in your child!! Dr. 'S didn't think she would leave the ICU after 4 grand mal seizures form brain cancer and HSV in her brain. I knew we could help her build herself up and be strong enough to go home! I was right!! After 56 days she came home and learned to walk again, and breath without a trach!!
What would you do with $20,000?I would take my family to Paris first because it was my daughters dream!! I beat breast cancer in 2021 & my daughter beat cancer twice since my remission. We have never flown or left the country! We are ready for bucketlist adventures. Then, I would add a bathroom downstairs in our home to make it more handicapped accessible. Finally , I would put money away for Arielle when her dad and I are no longer here for care for her.
