Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching our family come together, playing games, asking questions, and laughing freely. We intentionally create space to be fully ourselves, rooted in love and grace. Our home is a place where our kids AND their friends feel welcome, loved, and want to be part of our family’s culture of fun and connection. In those moments, I see the beauty of what God has blessed me with, and I’m honored to be their mom.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is gratitude and contentment and joy through suffering. Life is hard for everyone at tim. I’m grateful for the two parents who raised me and the values they instilled. What they gave me, I now pass on to my children, refining where needed, allowing it to grow, and striving to give them more. I’m thankful for my parents’ desire to do better than the generation before them, and I pray that momentum continues, so each generation is stronger than the last.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would invest in both my family’s future and my community, the money will go toward my families new commercial property, to create a space that serves others with community classes, labor preparation and continuing education for other massage therapists. I want to build up my community and this would help.
