The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing your kids grow and mature in every stage. As they get older and have to face adversity and tribulation, getting to witness them putting their values, that you work so hard to instill for years, to good use, and you don’t have to wonder if those many late night discussions made it through. Seeing them blossom into people that anyone would be blessed to be around…that’s where the magic is for me as their mom.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?Motherhood has taught me perseverance and how to turn control over to God. It’s still a work in progress, but I am learning everyday, that He loves them and wants the best for them, even more than I could. Motherhood has been the most challenging thing I have ever done, but also the most rewarding thing I have ever done and has taught me how limitless your love can be and how much joy is possible in this life.
What would you do with $20,000?Hmmm, probably take my family on a beautiful vacation and make some more core memories and then save the rest for them to use as they start going out on their own!
