The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my babies become who they’re meant to be. Their little personalities, the way they love and treat others and knowing we had a hand in shaping their hearts. It’s the small moments, the way they reach for me, the way they feel safe with me. And those tiny hugs and “I love yous”… Those are so rewarding.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned in motherhood is that you are going to mess up sometimes and that’s okay. What matters is letting your kids see that, owning it, and showing them you’re learning and growing right alongside them. You don’t have to be perfect to be a good mom. You’re human, you’re trying your best, and you are exactly the mom God chose for them.

I’d use that $20,000 to create a life that feels a little lighter for our family. We’d definitely put a large portion toward the future, because we know how quickly life adds up with kids and how important it is to be prepared. We’d also give back because something like this would feel like a blessing from God, and it would only feel right to pass that blessing on. For us, it wouldn’t just be about what we receive, but how we can use it wisely and gratefully.
