13 years ago, I had 2 ruptured brain aneurysms and an avm. My babies were 7 months and not yet 5 years old. I fought my way back for them.
We would like to thank you for supporting Jackie Peters in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.
Everything. Just being there for every little thing. Their joys, triumphs, tribulations, laughter, sadness ... Watching them become young women and succeeding in life, that's the best part. Knowing someone can always depend on you and they can trust the one person who wants to all their dreams to come true - and will help them in any way I can. That's the best.
What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you? This life isn't about me. It's not about where I go in life, it's about getting them everything I can in my power / so they can reach their dreams and be happy. I have learned selflessness and I wouldn't want it any other way.
What would you do with $20,000?Gosh ... I could do a lot with it. Help the oldest achieve her college dreams. She graduates high school this spring. Help the youngest to get a car when she reaches that age. And we could also use it to help with a good family vacation 😉
