Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is realizing that someone is becoming who they are because of the love, safety, and example I give her every single day. It’s in the small moments when my baby looks at me like I’m their whole world, when she feels safe in my arms, when she smiles because of something I did. It’s not about perfection,it’s about presence. Knowing that even on my hardest days, I’m still her comfort, her home,& her first understanding of love & nothing can match that!

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

Motherhood has taught me that strength doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. Sometimes strength is healing while still showing up. Sometimes it’s choosing patience when you’re overwhelmed, or giving love when you’re running on empty. It’s taught me to slow down, to be present, and to realize that I don’t have to have everything figured out to be a great mom, I just have to keep showing up with love. Most importantly, it’s taught me that I’m capable of more than I ever believed.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use it to create stability & peace in our lives by paying off debt, building a financial cushion, and making sure my baby has everything she needs to grow up secure & supported. A portion would go toward investing in a better future—whether that’s starting a small online business or building something that allows me to be more present as a mother while still providing. More importantly, it would give me the ability to breathe & to focus less on surviving & more on truly being present.
