What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom for me is all the little moments. When I see my children creating relationships with each other not because they have to, because they want; When the opportunities to connect, have conversation and not only teach them but also learn from them happen I’m greatly rewarded. For me being a mom is the best opportunity to learn patience, strength and humility as I strive to be who my children need me to be. It’s the joy of being an active part of their growth.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

The biggest lesson motherhood has taught me is that my children are capable of greater capacity and it’s my honored role to help them see that they are strong enough, intelligent enough and worthy of all the opportunities that are placed on their path. To be able to be that example I have had to heal from my demons and come to understand that I am strong enough, intelligent enough and worthy of all the opportunities along my path. It’s a great privilege to teach/lead my children by example.

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 dollars would be an incredible blessing to my family. I would invest in my children. They each have goals and dreams, with $20,000 I would have the ability to help them further them. One is buying a dog grooming salon, one wants to study to be an animal trainer, a few are working to get started in real estate investment. They have big dreams and this would help me be able to invest in the dreams they are working hard to achieve.
