We would like to thank you for supporting Heather Burget in this year's competition. Your participation made a huge impact for Children’s Miracle Network® and their mission to provide life-saving care and improve the health of children across the country.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Getting to watch my kids growing up in all their stages of life. Rewarding by loving some of my children even though I adopted three of them; I believe they were my gift through going through my cancer journey.

What is the biggest lesson motherhood has taught you?

PATIENCE and Grace. Every day trials, getting them all up for school in time, finding shoes that match, having everything they need. Watching them grow into men and woman, helping them go through break-ups and learning how to drive, etc. Taking each day with grace and living one day at a time.

What would you do with $20,000?

So many things come to mind; just being offered an amount like this. I would love a makeover, clothing, makeup, maybe even a Dunkin drink! We do need a mower- I love to mow grass -it’s my me time! Otherwise, I would love to take my family on a vacation - some of children have never been on an airplane. We always wanted to goto Universal. Maybe an all inclusive family resort. If that is not possible, maybe a pool for our backyard big enough for our family;) Any money left over donate to my church
